Indianapolis Concrete Inc. provided us exceptional service and an excellent outcome in replacing our concrete driveway, service walk and front step. All aspects of the job from start to finish, were done professionally, with respect for our property, and with consideration of our requests. Josh responded promptly when we called to have an estimate done. He listened carefully, gave suggestions, and worked up the estimate for the replacement of the sagging front porch step, the service walk and the driveway. Josh is friendly, knowledgeable, articulate, and creative. He suggested an excellent solution for the front step which had pulled away part of the front porch facing. He proposed using 2 steps rather than doing a repair, which would raise the step height and cover the defect, giving the finished project a better appearance. The result is perfect! Josh also suggested the curved service walk features which enhance the look where the walk meets the porch and the driveway. We requested curbing as a solution for holding back mulch that sometimes washed over the service walk, and that turned out great too. Carlos and his hardworking crew were amazing! Demolition and the curbing were accomplished on day 1. The service walk, driveway and finish work were completed on day 2. Carlos gave expert attention to creating and cutting all the wood to custom form the steps and curved walks. He and his crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the project. They exercised care in protecting shrubs and plants and saved the sod to replace areas along edges of the driveway and walk. They left the work areas clean and cleared of debris. Carlos is polite, detail oriented, and skilled, as is his team. He guided all aspects of his crew's work. Josh also was on site to answer questions and assure that our project was implemented as planned. He responded promptly by text or phone when we had questions and checked in throughout the project. We are appreciative of the outstanding service we received, quality of work, the seasonal discount that was offered, the fair pricing for our project, and the customer friendly attitude of Josh and Carlos who took the time to listen and do an outstanding job. Indianapolis Concrete did an excellent job installing a 12 foot by 16 foot patio slab attached to my back porch. Indianapolis Concrete did a top-notch job transforming the driveway, walkways and patio of our home. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Josh kept us informed all the way and they showed up as promised. The crew? I cannot say enough good things about how hard they worked and the level of workmanship. It took 3 trucks full of concrete in all and was no small job. We went from a crumbling asphalt driveway, deteriorating brick patio and walkways to a beautiful usable area we can be proud of.
