I want to extend a huge thank you to Dave and his team at Independent Electrical for helping me restore power to my home after Delmarva dropped the ball. When my home experienced a partial outage, I contacted Delmarva. Their response time was over six hours, and when a technician finally arrived, he told me the issue was with the underground wires, which I was apparently responsible for. That’s when I found Dave. After I explained the situation over the phone, he and his team were at my home within the hour, already working to diagnose the problem. When I mentioned that a new telephone pole had recently been installed, Dave immediately suspected the line may have been damaged during the installation. Sure enough, after digging near the pole, they uncovered a partially cut and smoking electrical line. But Dave didn’t stop there, he even called Delmarva on my behalf to advocate for them to take responsibility and fix the issue. Thanks again to Dave and his team for their fast response, professionalism, and fair pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again the next time I need an electrician. Highly recommend!

We got fantastic service and very high quality work from Dave and everyone at Independent Electrical Services. We had a bunch of tasks we needed to have done and they performed each flawlessly. Nothing was too big or too small to handle. They have already installed 2 flat screen TVs on the wall. Upgraded our outlets all around the house to meet code, installed new overhead lighting and gave us some great ideas for some additional improvements we can make in the future. We will definitely be using Independent Electrical again in the very near future. Thanks!
