HVAC Specialist of Virginia were the first company to respond to our request for services after a lightning strike disabled the control panel to our heat pump. On a Saturday morning working in 80+ degree heat and high humidity, Mark Wood replaced the upgraded control panel with sweat pouring off of him. While installing the upgraded control panel, there were two extra wires that were not on the schematic. Mark was on the phone with his distributor for over an hour trying to get an answer on a Saturday morning with no luck. Monday morning, Mark called me after talking with the HVAC Company and the two extra wires were not needed for the upgraded control panel. The A/C has been working since. Thank you Mark.
Our furnace gave out and we had to have it replaced. Mark and Austin took great care of us. Sue scheduled them and had to go out of her way to pick up an undamaged furnace after the first one was dented when it was unboxed. We sincerely recommend HVAC Specialists for all your HVAC needs!
