I had a great experience hiring HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited. They responded quickly to my call, even though it was the weekend. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient, and communicated everything I needed to know by phone and email, since I couldn’t be physically present. The charges were reasonable for after-hours service.

I highly recommend Bahman (Ben) for any plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration needs. He services all of my restaurants—over eight locations—and has been absolutely outstanding. What sets Ben apart is his reliability and accessibility. When I call or text, he answers. There’s no office, no secretary, no back-and-forth scheduling—just direct communication and quick action, which is critical in the restaurant business. He is extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, and consistently goes above and beyond. Many times, he has extended his services to diagnose restaurant equipment issues even when they weren’t strictly HVAC or plumbing related, helping us avoid downtime and unnecessary costs. Ben is dependable, honest, and solutions-oriented. I trust him across all my operations and would confidently recommend him to any restaurant owner or business looking for a skilled, responsive, and reasonably priced technician.

I have used HVAC Unlimited since 2019. While in the past I have always found their staff courteous and their technicians competent, this past time I found their service lacking. While their invoices say we have 30 days to pay the invoice, they harassed me for payment, would not even schedule a warranty call for the service they performed which did not even fix the original problem with the garbage disposal. There is plenty of competition in the market - I'd think HVAC Unlimited would do more to keep their long term customers.
