Called to set up an appointment for cleaning. I was told they were pretty full and it would be next week, which wasn't a problem. They gave me a 4 hour window when they thought they would arrive and called when they were close that day. Chris was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. My septic system had been neglected and he explained what was happening each step of the way. Very happy with the result and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

I was told they'd call the end of next week to schedule a time. I got a call the following Thursday at 12:30 telling me they'd be there in a half hour. I was not home but did make it back on time. One guy on the truck and he couldn't get the 200-300 lb lid off. His estimate not mine. I had to use my tractor bucket with a chain to get it off. Final price was nowhere near estimate given on the phone. Got charge $120 because it had been a while since it was last pumped out. We're two people in a four bedroom house, it doesn't need to be emptied every 3 years. Hit me up for an extra $50 because it was a 1250 gallon tank. Then I got charged for every length of hose they used, $15/hose for $45. Then he left without covering it back up. Not a big deal for me because I used the tractor bucket. Be warned, they nickel and dime you. In hindsight I should have charged them $50 for using my tractor.

Had Chris come out to pump our septic and couldn't be happier with his service and how he went about the task. He is a fine representative to your company and you are lucky to have such a personable and quality guy representing you to customers!
