Honest Brothers Painting exceeded our expectations in every possible way, from professionalism and preparation to flawless workmanship and follow-through. From the very beginning, their quoting process stood out. Their representative spent close to two hours walking through each room with us, offering thoughtful, honest recommendations. In fact, in one room he said, “I think the ceiling looks great in this room, you don’t need to repaint it,” which told me immediately this was a company built on integrity, not upselling. The work itself was exceptional. Every surface was meticulously prepared, every picture hook and curtain rod hole repaired so perfectly that you’d never know they were there. They even coordinated and installed beautiful new wainscoting while they were on site, and then painted the new wood, filled all nail holes, and finished everything seamlessly. The craftsmanship was truly flawless. Their cleanliness and respect for our home were just as impressive. Daily cleanup was thorough, the schedule was followed exactly as promised, and communication throughout the project was excellent. What truly set Honest Brothers apart, though, was the final walkthrough. The owner, Shawn, personally called to schedule it and walked through every single area with us. He marked even the smallest imperfections that appeared after drying, things we never would have noticed, and had his crew come back out to correct every one of them. Only after rechecking everything and confirming that my wife and I were completely satisfied did he even discuss final payment. That level of pride, accountability, and customer care is rare. Followed up quickly to my request with a phone call to get on their schedule to come over for a quote. When they came by, we walked around and discussed what we wanted. Within 30 minutes of that conversation they called me back outside for a very detailed quote. The price was very fair, and lower than other quotes we received. Their scheduling was flexible for our needs as we had other work that needed completion first. Hard working crew that came each day and put in the hours and effort. During the last two days here they walked around the house with us to make sure things were as expected.
