Hometown Heating and Air was exactly what I needed. My heat was giving me problems, and I also had mold in my air handler. They showed up on time, explained what they found clearly and understandably, and walked me through the plan before they began any work. They performed a thorough cleaning of the air handler to remove the mold, then installed a UV kit to help prevent its recurrence and improve air quality. Additionally, they installed an ARR to correct the heating issue and ensure the system operates as intended. The difference was immediate. The system is running better, the heat is working right again, and I feel a lot better knowing the air handler is clean and protected. Professional work, respectful crew, and no shortcuts. I highly recommend Hometown Heating and Air if you want the job done right.

The technician, Willie was absolutely wonderful! He was so polite and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company and a keeper! I rated you 3 stars because they he part took almost 3 weeks to come in. I cal d. AHS on a Saturday and the part magically appeared on a Monday. Hat is as much too long to wait.
