From the time I called Home HVAC until they were complete the experience was above reproach. The salesman Jason was extremely professional and overly knowledgeable about the product he was recommending. He included giving me a reference and phone number to a costumer that has the same system that he was recommending. Derrick and Garrett showed up on time and did what I would call a "beautiful install". Installing my new Daikin heat pump, dual fuel system in under 6 hours. They both answered several questions that I had and slowly walked me through the space aged thermostat that was provided with the system. It doesn't end with the people we met in person. This is a personal "thank you" for the sheet metal work that was done in shop and was nothing less than amazing. Everything is a perfect fit. Jason and Ethan dropped by several days after the installation to checkup on us and our new system. Ethan, as we could tell immediately is a technical genius. His overall knowledge of HVAC in particular was simply amazing. He answered all the questions that we had, in terms that my wife and I could understand. Haley and Caley (spelling)in the office were always professional and a pleasant to speak to about any and all administrative/scheduling questions we had. Again. Thank you Jason for putting all of this together. Thank you to the entire Home HVAC team for making us part of your family.
