Talk about a above and beyond experience. I got 7 estimates to replace one of my heat pump and air handler on one side of my house. With the quotes i was focused on total cost but also qualify of the install. Home Heating ticked both those boxes and I am extremely satisfied. Some companies said they would be in and out in a day, others suggested no replacing the air handler, others sized a 5 ton unit while some said that wasn't even large enough. I didn't feel comfortable until I had Ricky out to walk the house and work me up a quote. it took the install team over a week to complete the install which speaks to the true qualify and thoroughness of their work. My utility room is a showpiece now and the system is running amazing. I also had them do the Aeroseal on my duct system which in itself was a major upgrade. Kudos to the owner Ric Secor for checking in on me multiple times and also the install team of Maksym, Tyler, Indra, Jacob, Mackenzie and Ricky. All professional but also very personable at the same time. A+ work, will have them back out soon to do my other unit.

Indra did such a thorough job when he came to check out a problem we were having with our heater. He was so pleasant and spent a great deal of time checking over everything. We just moved into our house and the heater is aging. We signed up for twice yearly maintenance on the heater and a/c. The problem that we were having also appears to be fixed. I am impressed with this company! My call for short-notice dryer ducting cleanout service was answered immediately and scheduled by the company while speaking to staff that was out of State at that particular time! Absolutely STELLAR customer service! Then, the company team of Jacob, Tolon and Mckenzee arrived and immediately inspected the ducting run under the house for integrity prior to beginning cleaning! Throughout their work, I place them in the top 5% of companies that I have worked with in my lifetime regarding cleanliness and cleanup. They are fastidious to be sure! Also, they has excellent professional communication and technical skills and were able to identify potential issues that would be needed to be addressed in the future! For the Quality Service I received, I would have expected to spend twice as much as the invoice! Keep up the good work!
