We had an issue with the heater at my Grandmother’s house. I’m no expert and figured I’d probably blow the house off the foundation, so I called for some help. I had an appointment the same day I called and the appointment was about an hour after the call. I received a text confirming as well as a photo of the technician, Cody. He arrived promptly and early in the appointment window not making us wait at all. He was very knowledgeable and identified our issue within minutes of being there. He insured me the furnace itself was healthy and explained the issue. As it’s not my house I began to explain things to my grandmother. Cody took over after I stumbled through his explanation, he gave her amazing insight and knowledge of the issue to give her a detailed update of the issue as well as her options. He showed her great respect which is a big deal to me. After she made her decision he left for some supplies and returned quickly. He fixed our issue and gave me advice if it happened again. He wore boot covers to protect the floors and cleaned his work area well. He took less than an hour to diagnose and treat our problem. The price was awesome, and paying was easy. Good work from a good serviceman isn’t hard to come by, but having that with respect is and that’s just what we got with Cody. I appreciate his work and expertise as well as the very helpful woman who helped set up the appointment over the phone. (Sorry I couldn’t remember your name.)

Brandon was our tech and did a fantastic job! He was quick to diagnose and even quicker to fix, he took the time to explain it in a way that made sense and I really appreciated it. Have used Home Heating Service for both out Water Heater and Furnace now and have been extremely happy with the level of customer service and results.
