Steve (sales) was very helpful and professional. Our furnace had a bad/rusted out firebox and would not heat the air. After basic (unsuccessful) troubleshooting, Steve arranged for his crew to arrive early next morning to do more in-depth checks. It was determined that the best course of action was furnace replacement. I was in need of a new furnace quickly after finding out my 10 year old furnace had a large crack in the heat exchanger. The company that found the crack, quoted me a price I wasn't comfortable with.
