HeatSource Mechanical was by far the most responsive company for my boiler replacement needs. They also sent an employee out to give me a proper estimate and fielded all of my questions. Sway worked with my needs and budget which I greatly appreciated. Communication was quick, I received updates when things changed and they seemed to genuinely care. Richard and Jason (instillation technicians) were timely, friendly and very informative when I had questions. They also accommodated my needs and wishes with the setup when applicable. They were also very welcoming to our pets. The new boiler looks great and I would work with this company again for any of my boiler needs. They were just good people all around, thank you.

We had an amazing experience with Heat Source Mechanical from start to finish! We had a service person (Joe) come, they agreed with us that the unit needed replaced rather than the many repairs it would need, they had an installation quote person (Sway) out within 2 hours instead of making us wait longer. We were quoted 2 options and they even helped us get financing. There were no smarmy tactics or upselling, talking circles, or saying they would get back to us later, just an honest review of our unit and what we could expect with the new one we were choosing. They even came back later that day with space heaters so we wouldn’t be cold until they could get here to install. The two installers who came to the house (Hayden and Sagun) were wonderful, they were considerate, knowledgeable, and they never seemed to stop working but they had fun laughing together while they worked which was awesome for my family to hear (who wants grumpy people doing work in your home). They completed the work in the 2 days quoted, and they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. We now have reliable heat, just in time for the snow that fell yesterday, and it’s nice to not have that stress and cold. We will definitely be using them again and I’ve already told neighbors who we used in case they need service.

My boiler system went out Saturday night after hours at -22. Luckily I was able to make a temporary fix to make it to Monday morning. I called Heat source at 8:15 am Monday. they dispatched Shay and he was at my house by 9 am. Shay discussed multiple options with me from repairs to replacements. and we came up with a plan to replace the boiler. By 10 am Shay had moved crews around and they were able to be at my house Tuesday morning with a new boiler. Heat source technician's Richard and Jason knocked on my door at 930 am, ready to get to work. They completed a new boiler install, some piping reworked and cleaned up, with my heat and hot water all working by the end of the day. A huge thank you to everyone at heat source for a wonderful job. I look forward to doing business with them from now on and highly recommend them.
