I’ve used Heartland for both my heat and air. They are very responsive and always come out very quickly. My A/C had not been working for a few days and when I called today, they came out within a couple of hours. Mike is great! He does not sell me repairs/things that are not necessary and always thoughtfully explains things to me so I understand what’s going on. I am also NEVER overcharged like I have been with other companies. I am so glad my air is working again and I will not call anyone other than Heartland for my HVAC needs.

Had issues with my pool heater. Couldn't get anyone to look at it until Mike from Heartland helped out. The heater was very old and ended up needing a new one. Mike installed the new heater and helped out a needed. He is very professional and punctual. I was able to reach out directly to Mike with any questions and concerns I had after each appointment. I will definitely use heartland for any future needs and will recommend heartland to friends.
