The Hayes Company

First, many thanks to Dan, who really listened to our needs and captured key details in our proposal. Next, Brian and Ben worked on our attic insulation/re-insulation project. It is a very large space with several unique features. They worked methodically and diligently as a team. Both were experts in all phases of the job (air sealing, insulation wrapping, soffitt vent baffles/blocking, blowing new cellulose and extending all bath exhaust tubes to existing roof vents). They were efficient, professional and delivered exceptional results! I also want to mention Jason and CJ who were assigned to build a long walkway the length of the attic to allow easy access from the access point above the garage to the bath exhaust fans mentioned above. They asked for my input, brought quality materials and created a sturdy and safe walkway so we can maintain our home into the future. They coordinated well with Brian and Ben throughout the two-day project. We have used Hayes Insulation in the past and are truly pleased with the overall results this time, too!

We had an excellent experience with the work Hayes did on our gas fireplace. The service expert who performed the repairs, Miri, readily diagnosed the problem (which a previous company had failed to resolve and may, in fact, have exacerbated), replaced the faulty valve, and completed all other needed repairs and related testing at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Miri thoroughly explained what he had done and answered all my questions. He was friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Our gas fireplace was here when we moved in and it was ok but at the end of last season, it would not come on. I called Hayes and the lady that took my initial call was great and got me scheduled on the first call. Julio came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also cleaned it up, painted the floor pan and replaced the "logs" and embers. It works great now and looks like brand new.
