I’ve had Hartman‘s to my home twice in the last year, once to fix my microwave oven and get it running properly and the other day to come run a diagnostic test on my clothes dryer. These new appliances came with my new townhome and so new equipment should run perfect but we all know that it doesn’t especially when you’re talking about construction crews and that kind of thing so I’ve had to have them out twice for brand new appliance issues that you just can’t get fixed from the manufacturer or through the manufacturer warranty system, which really doesn’t even exist anymore. Thank God for companies like Hartman‘s. Every time I’ve had Hartman here, they have just been phenomenal. I love speaking to the lady in the office. She is wonderful. She just breaks everything down, tells you how much everything is going to cost in a few types of situations and just lays it all out for you so you know going into it, into your decision, what it’s going to cost and it’s just phenomenal how they do business and how they really take the time to troubleshoot your problem and they don’t try to rip you off. The other day when Justin was here to troubleshoot my dryer, he tested it and said it’s not your dryer. Your dryer is fine. I think it’s an airflow problem with your vent on your roof and so they’re just good down to earth honest people and he was so thorough and he listened to me and I just absolutely love Hartman‘s appliance. In this day and age in 2026, you don’t find a lot of businesses like theirs and everybody that I’ve dealt with at Hartmans so far has been just over the top wonderful and professional and they are my appliance company for life thank you Hartmans.

Hartman's Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing the problems we had with our refrigerator. We were very pleased with the repair technician, Marcus, who was very thorough and diligent throughout the repair process. We feel like we have a new refrigerator! We are also thankful for Hartman's courteous and helpful office staff and their terrific communication with us. We will happily use and recommend Hartman's Appliance Repair from now on!

Marcus came to our home to fix our GE Profile Washer/Dryer Combo. He was the consummate professional. He quietly went through all of his diagnostic steps, and then explained what he had found. Clearly, he has encountered problems like ours before and went through each step. When we have appliance problems in the future, we will definitely call Hartman again.
