I just had an entire rebuild and install of a new hvac in my old 1940's Rolla home. It went well. The installers were friendly and answered all my questions with courtesy and patience. More importantly, they did a really good job with the install. My house is old and crooked but the ducts are straight and precise with care taken to keep everything out of the head space and visually organized. It looks great. The price was decent and Windle who quoted the job seems like a good guy. He worked with me such that everything is exactly how I wanted it.

I cannot recommend this HVAC company enough! Our furnace went out at the worst possible time (middle of winter), and they responded quickly and professionally from the very first call. They were prompt, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The technician Chuck was absolutely amazing, I could not have asked for better service (that man deserves a raise)! He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. It’s clear they value honesty and transparency — something that’s hard to find these days. The repair was done efficiently, and our furnace is running better than it has in years. They left everything clean and tidy, and the pricing was more than fair for the quality of work provided. If you’re in the Rolla area and need HVAC service, don’t hesitate to call them. Our technician Trent was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. His work was outstanding with no mess left behind of which I can Appreciate!! We had a water heater and a softener system put in… Now I can take long Hot showers again!!!
