I am very pleased with the all around experience working with Polli. I first inquired for a project online and was contacted right away to setup an estimate appointment. The customer service after that was great! Very quick and informative. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The quality of the work was as expected and the speed was as expected. It was a great experience and fairly easy for me as the customer. I am very happy with the work and will keep Polli in mind for future projects. I'm super surprised at the variety of work they offer. Professional from start to finish. Prompt response to quote a price for a small kitchen project and a basement ceiling and stairway repair. Removed a sink cabinet and installed new cabinet and sink. Hired subs-plumber and electrician- who worked with them to get both jobs done in 2 days. Office staff were helpful, handymen were on time, neat, thorough. Work was excellent quality. More expensive than many AND you get what you pay for. Sub prices were high. My justification for it all was zero drama and efficiency.

Very responsive! The work they have done for us is always first rate. The handymen/technicians are courteous and well versed in what they do. Highly recommend!
