Hander tried charging me almost twice what they quoted after a poor job. They recommended replacing my toilet, and told me it would take just two hours. The tech told me he'd have it done by the end of the day. He left to find a flange and didn't come back until 2pm the next day with no notice. Meanwhile the old toilet had been removed and left on the front porch until the next day. He also didn't plug the hole in the floor, so sewer gas could leak into the house. I called to complain and the service manager told me it wasn't a big deal. Then they tried charging me $1100 with 4 hrs of labor to replace a basic toilet. They also didn't get it done correctly the first two times, had to call them back because the toilet was rocking. Choose another plumbing company unless you want to be taken advantage of!

RJ provided amazing service. He responded late on a Saturday night to repair our hot water heater and followed up promptly when it needed to be replaced. By Monday, we had a brand-new unit installed. He was quick, professional, and communicated everything clearly. On top of that, he’s super friendly and easy to talk to.

Check & Bill replaced our furnace after determining it had a hole in it. Initial visit was brief and both of them very thorough at answering questions. Check went above and beyond to answer questions about water heater & Bill confirmed that white expansion tank needed to be replaced and they would do that when installing new furnace in the morning. once tank installed Check demonstrated how it is suppose to sound and also showed me how drain it once a year. Both said to have 2 year checks on new furnace and air conditioner and it is on my documented "to do" list. Check arrived promptly at 8:30 and proceeded to protect floors in preparation for installation. When furnace arrived both men worked diligently and I believe they finished ahead of time. Our questions were answered, everything picked up & carried out. both also put zip ties on to secure wires per request and did so very professionally. These guys knew what they needed to do and did it very expeditiously and professionally. A very nice team that you don't see often that is for sure!! These two guys will definitely ground my decision to continuing using Hander Plumbing without even checking out competitors. They're great and deserve more than my lil recognition of their service.
