We previously had another company servicing our well, and I called Francis to get a second opinion. He was incredibly responsive and came out to look at our well within a few hours of my call. Although I don’t have anything negative to say about the other company that used to service our well, Francis was easier to interact with and very patient with my endless questions. He replaced our pump and guaranteed his work for a year. We had a little confusion about the price he quoted (which was 100% my fault), but he was very gracious and understanding. I have already recommended him to a neighbor.
Our pump suddenly stopped working, and after an internet search, I called Guardian Well Repair. Francis arrived early, and found the problem immediately. He did the repair and promptly had the well running again. His price was very reasonable for the work performed. I would highly recommend Guardian/Francis to anyone. I found that not only is his work excellent, he is a fine man.
Best of the best. He came out within an hour of calling and had the well pump replaced within a couple of hours. This is the only well service I will ever use in the future
