Garrett was great. Friendly and courteous did a thorough inspection and cleaning. Then explained everything he'd found. Recommended some things that might be good to do but no issues to fix. Enjoyed the experience enough to sign up for the maintenance plan. Plan to have them be our HVAC company. Our heat went out some time during the night during negative temperatures. I called Griffin to see if they could come out same day, since we have a baby. They got back to us within 20 minutes of our initial phone call, and said someone would be out within the next hour. Our tech Josh showed up early, found the issue and got the heat running again quickly. They do have to come back tomorrow to replace some wiring, but overall highly recommend to anyone having issues.
