They did a fantastic job. The guys were so nice and very professional. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if ever needed. We interviewed 4 different companies and they were the best. Fred and Dan were so nice and helpful. We also did 6 inch gutters and leaf guards. We drove around to look at colors before hand and spoke to other customers.They were also very happy with them. We.love the shake on the front of the house now. It really differentiates it from all the other houses in the neighborhood. Our neighbors are very envious of our house now. It is so beautiful looking. We just finished a big siding project with Grennan Construction, and we couldn’t be happier! From the very first meeting to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth and professional. We looked at six different companies before deciding, and Grennan really stood out — their team was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and paid great attention to detail. The house looks amazing, and the quality of the work is top-notch. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Grennan did. We’d recommend them without hesitation!

Grennan has completed 2 small to medium projects for me. Window and patio door replacement with quite a bit of framing that needed to be repaired. Their crew was reliable and the cost was reasonable, along with timely communication from the project manager. Another project (gutters) was sub-contracted. Grennan even took responsibility for some mistakes that sub-contractor made.
