Using Green fox was a fantastic Experience. They saved me from a shoddy disaster left half way done by an inexperienced contractor. The service manager, Atheer, came and assessed the situation and developed 3 potential solutions with different price options. Green fox sent a team of about 6 people in the same week So I wasn’t left with no HVAC during cold weather. The Green Fox installation & equipment parts are top-notch quality down to every detail. The whole team was very friendly, and there were no lackadaisical-slackers the bunch. I appreciate How they cleaned up very well after themselves and were very friendly and careful with my curious cats. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to my closest friends and family.

Greenfox Cooling, Heating & Plumbing recently installed a new heating system in our home, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. The team was professional and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and answered all of our questions. The installation was completed efficiently and cleanly, exactly as promised. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend Greenfox to anyone looking for reliable heating, cooling, or plumbing services.

In the fall of 2024 Green Fox installed a HVAC system in my dad's home . My dad lives in a town home . It has 3 floors . My father has never had heat on the top floor since installation . There have been at least four different technicians " fixing" the system . My father has absolutely no heat . The system continues to blow a fuse . Usually when the technician visits ,he's able to get the system working . On January 14 ,of this year ,the technician could not " fix " it . He informed us that two fuses blew almost as soon as he put them in . Green Fox installed the system ,it's their product . Seven visits last year ,two visits this year ,and today my father has no heat .. One technician was comfortable enough to tell us to use the oven and the space heaters .I have truly never experienced anything like this . I truly hope that no one else has this experience . We must keep a space heater in the laundry room to prevent the pipes from freezing . The system has never worked properly. I did not write this review to make Green Fox look bad . I'm writing the most honest review .I did not want to select one star ,because that's not an honest rating . I had to select a least one star to post the review . There are no stars for this ongoing situation with this company .
