I am forever grateful to have been connected with Great Dane Heating and Air. I'd been without A/C for quite some time. It was so amazing; the care and concern that Mike (and MJ & Brandon) had about my situation. I know I chose the right company. Now my home has an amazing (brand new) system. Not only was Mike professional and knowledgeable, but he wanted to make sure that everything was as it should be. These days and times, customer service is not what it used to be. But I recommend Great Dane any day, anytime, to anyone who wants top notch service, reasonable prices, and to be connected with one of the best companies, run by one of the best persons in the business. Just had Great Dane install a new A/C in my home. Working with Mike and DJ was a great experience. Mike came to my home saw what I had and I told him what I wanted installed. There was absolutely no sales pressure and the price was perfect. The removal of old equipment and installation went very well. I’ve lived in my home for almost 30 years and had two A/C units prior to this one and neither worked like the one Great Dane installed. This company stands by their work and does an excellent job.
