This was the only roofing company in Reno to get back to me after my roof valley leaked in December. They were immediately available to give a free quote, followed up afterward (while I was waiting for my home insurance to approve) and scheduled the repair within a week of my call. Not only was the scheduling fast, they had an opening a few days prior and called for permission to fix it sooner. Roof was repaired by the time I got home from work that day and was so well done I wasn't even sure they came by. Pictures were sent of every angle before and after the repair and I was given an unexpected 2-year warranty. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!
