I called Grayson last week to repair my air conditioner. I had called them about 2 years ago to take a look at my air system. Both times, they stated my air conditioner was in bad condition and wanted to replace the whole unit. Both times I asked if they would repair instead and if the air conditioner continues to give me problems, I would consider a new unit. The prices quoted were ridiculous so I called Air Of Excellence here in Mobile, Al and not only did they repair my unit but it was less than a hundred dollars each time they repaired it instead of quotes to (repair $900.00 and/or replace $11,500 for a new unit quotes by Grayson). Grayson will rearrange parts on your excisting unit and make you believe you need to come out of pocket with hundreds and\or thousands of dollars for repair and/or replacement. If needing someone to come out and repair your unit, give Air Of Excellence business in Mobile, Al a call. They are honest when it comes to repairing your A/C unit and will give you a fair quote. I accidentally left Grayson's business number in my phone and called them accidentally by not remembering how they did me the first time. I paid $85.00 dollars for them to come and try to run game yet again. I paid Air Of Excellence $75.00 dollars for home visit and tipped the technician $60.00. It was worth it to remind me to erase Grayson Air out of my phone and never call them again!! My air conditioner is back up and running and have no problems since repaired last week. Don't trust these guys to give a fair quote without getting a second opinion to see if you will do better financially with another company. I recommend Air Of Excellence if located in Mobile, Al and surrounding areas.

They initially came out Friday to service our old Rheem unit, which we unfortunately ended up needing to replace. They scheduled us for the following Monday (faster than expected) to come out and replace the unit with a new Carrier unit. They even dug up and replaced the old foundation that the unit sits on, didn’t expect that. Justin H., Brannon K., and Gabe were absolutely outstanding! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to come out and do the job. They did fabulous work, were very respectful of our home, property, and animals. What I greatly appreciated more than their work ethic is how amazing they were with my 2 very energetic dogs and my very chill laid back one. They were so wonderful, an absolute pleasure to have working at my home. They even went above and beyond helping me with the setup of the Carrier app, which my phone was being a bit of a pain with. Additionally I hadn’t had any luck finding a buyer for my old washing machine and Joey Pettis, the installation manager, even took the washer off my hands, getting it out of my living room. This really is a truly fantastic company with genuinely amazing people who work there. Hands down the best ac company you’ll ever find!

My tech was Doug an he was amazing! He came in an answer all my crazy questions without no problem an also went out of his way an hung up some vents for me! Thank you so much! Will definitely continue to use Grayson air conditioning for all my services
