Golden Rule helped us out so quickly! Our furnace went out and I couldn't figure it out. Brian came out to diagnose and had a guy drop off a couple of parts. The whole thing was figured out and fixed so quickly! Turned out to be a warranty deal for our system but he took care of everything for us. They're definitely saved in my phone as the first call if I need anything.

Our very old, unserviced furnace went out. Initially had Schaal come out to diagnose the problem(s). Ultimately we decided it would be best to get a brand new furnace. We called the Schaal technician back for a quote, but never got a call back. We reached out to Holt/72 Degree for a quote, and they wanted almost $20,000 for a new furnace/AC combo. Called Golden Rule next, and they were able to get someone out later the same day to check it out and discuss options! Tom was very thorough, friendly, well-spoken, patient, and helped us choose the perfect furnace/AC for our home for a much more reasonable price. Day and a half later, the crew came out and spent the day installing them. They too, we're thorough, friendly, explained everything they did, and made sure we were familiar with the features and new thermostat. The patio concrete got scratched up a bit which is a bit of an eyesore and not an easy fix, but I imagine that's hard to avoid in some circumstances with moving those heavy AC units around. We are still VERY happy we called Golden Rule and will definitely recommend them to everyone!

The control panel on my furnace fried overnight and I could tell something was wrong so I called Golden Rule first thing to have someone take a look. Within the hour, Evan was on site and had the issue diagnosed within minutes. Instead of pushing a new and expensive unit on me, he went and tried to source the parts it would take to repair the old unit and explored all options. While it ended up being symbolic as we concluded the old one was not worth repairing, I appreciated the willingness to explore those options. Once we decided to move forward with the replacement, he had Tom there to go over my options before I could even get back into my work. Tom did an excellent job going over my options with me and worked with me when the option I selected wasn't in stock. He made that process and completing the financing a breeze. Within the next hour, Logan and his team arrived to begin tearing out my old unit. He was very patient with me and my curious nature when I came to check on things. They also did a great job going over the features of my new thermostat and syncing it to my phone. From first call to Logan leaving after installing my new furnace and AC was about 8 hours on the SAME DAY. I couldn't be more impressed with the whole team as I had mentally prepared myself to go dig out some blankets and space heaters for a cold night. Extremely grateful for the whole team making things happen so I didn't have an unpleasant night. I couldn't recommend Golden Rule enough! A+ marks all around from me.
