Arrived at our home and found our house at 48 degrees. It was already after 5:00 PM so we were concerned we wouldn’t be able reach anyone. Contacted Golden Comfort they called us back within 5 mins. Tried to trouble shoot over the phone to save us a service call. When it was determined they would need to come they arrived within 15 mins. They resolved the issue and had our heat back up. Super polite and professional. Would highly recommend Golden Comfort!
