We have been satisfied Goettl Loyalty Program members for several years and today was our regularly scheduled Annual Plumbing Checkup. Both your Plumber Technician, Josh Munoz and his Service Manager, Ben Tracy were extremely helpful. Josh drained the hot water heater and conducted a thorough inspection of all our plumbing – both floors – inside (5,500 sq ft) as well as outside and identified several issues which he quickly set about fixing. Josh was friendly, informative and professional throughout the entire process and served as a great representative of your company and team. Speaking of which – every time Josh needed to check in with management Ben made himself available as a resource. It was clear that they were working as a team.
