I was referred to Get Air Done by a neighbor and I am so happy! This company is a local family owned company that takes pride in their work. Scott was the technician that initially came out and he was so friendly and thorough. He sent me a proposal as planned and came by the day the new system was installed to say hi and check in. Adam and his installation team were so good and friendly and took great care of my home. You can definitely tell the difference with a locally owned company versus a larger corporate company where you are just another customer. I will definitely use Get Air Done again and would refer them!

We had an issue with our 20+ year old furnace/AC unit. We have worked with Get Air Done previously with another unit and were originally referred to them by a contractor we are friendly with... we have been pleased. They arrived as scheduled. Jess investigated the problem, spent time explaining the cause as well as showing images and video of other areas of concern. There was certainly no pressure or slick sales tactics - either fix it or consider placing a new unit. Both of which they could do in a timely fashion. Considering the age of our unit and input from Jess, we decided to install a new unit and they were available to begin the work that afternoon! Their crew worked until 10:00 PM completing the job. Jess came out the next day to review everything, confirm the installation and complete some minor work and away we go... Definitely a knowledgeable group and I like that they are not a massive company, but rather you get responsive feedback and they know who you are! I would not hesitate to give them a call...

I definitely do not recommend this company. They came out to fix an issue and ended up causing a new issue each visit. It ended with not having any heat in our second level which meant none of our bedrooms received heat. This is definitely a big problem with it being cold out. The person who was here couldn't fix the issue they caused and instead recommended that we just leave our upstairs doors open all day so that it can get heat from the first level. Yeah, definitely not an option. I got another company out the same day and they fixed it immediately. Response #1: Yes, I have the right company. You worked on our home which is owned by Progress Residential.
