Derek was great. He addressed my last minute gas leak very promptly. His prices are reasonable, and he was thorough in his work and communicating exactly what he needed to do. I also appreciated that he waited for the gas company to come out to complete the job. If I had any critique, it would that he was an hour late and I’m the one who had to call to get an ETA. It would’ve been more professional to contact me beforehand to let me know he was going to be late and provide a new eta. Other than that, he provided pictures of his work, allowed for an easy online payment, and he even worked with the gas company to turn my services back on. I would highly recommend his business.
