Our garage door went out the day before Christmas. I called immediately and had someone here to help us look at options for a new one since ours was so old it wasn't worth it to us to fix. Everything was so easy and smooth. I appreciated all the help. We ordered our new door quickly and got a call when it was 2 weeks from being delivered. After that they called to set up our appointment and got us in at the end of the week. We couldn't be happier with our new door. The technician who came out was able to remove the old door without it being functional and put on our new one. It's so quiet now compared to our old one and it looks so much nicer. Thank you for all your hard work!

I just sold my dad's house as trustee of the estate. I was there today, just wrapping up a few loose ends. The new owners were coming in a number of hours for the final walkthrough before closing the next day. I had opened the garage door to move out a furniture item, no problem. I went to close the garage door and it was jamming and twisting to one direction, and would not go back down. I looked, and for some reason the two cables up top were off of the wheels and all over the place. It had always worked smoothly. I was supposed to leave and go to an appointment. I called a first garage door place, and never spoke to a person. Waiting. I figured emergency service was not going to happen, and hung up. My second call was to Garage Door Specialists of WI. They said they were booked for the day, but then there was a 'wait'...someone was available to come and give me some emergency service. They arrived soon after, and I had to leave for my meeting. Within an hour, everything was fixed. GDS were definitely life savers! I live two hours away, and this garage door would not close. And the new owners were coming to inspect the house one last time before signing papers. I am very grateful...it could have been a really bad day. I don't know how often stuff like this happens, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Excellent service.
