Good to install my garage header. Had some issues with making a loud noise as if the garage going to fall off. Called, no answer. Sent video of my garage. No reply. Google another garage professional and showed up the next day and fixed the issue.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have called this company several times since February (6 + months ago) I have never gotten a reply, I have left messages, I filled out an online form, I have been routed here from Wayne dalton direct, as well as calling the number. They have never replied.
