Solomon was a complete gentleman! Beyond thoughtful and down to earth and the work shows. He really treats his customers like family. He went above and beyond in explaining, showing and came back the next day to make sure it was all complete. He really made sure our safety was his first priority. When my garage door broke, aI was stressed and overwhelmed. I reached out to Garage Door Solutions, and to my relief, they came out the very next day. The technician clearly explained the issue, how it could be fixed, and said he would check with his manufacturer to see if they had my specific door and color in stock. If there was going to be a delay (potentially 4–5 weeks), he even had alternative options ready for me. To my surprise, he got back to me the next day confirming that the manufacturer had the exact door and color I needed. Just a couple of days later, he and his team came out and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. From day one, he assured me the job would get done—and he kept that promise.
