James and the crew did a fantastic job replacing our old AC system. It was fast, competitively priced (with financing options available) and professional. They knew what they were doing, how long it would take, and communicated with us every step of the way. If they saw something that needed to be done, they did it…even doing more than we agreed on, more than they charged us for, at no extra cost (like setting up window AC units to keep us and our baby as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process, in the extra hot Covington summer heat). They treated us like Family, and our home like their own Home. I have called James with questions about unrelated issues at my home, and he helped me by walking me through how to do the job myself to save money. It’s Rare these days, but there’s still some Great local companies around. I highly HIGHLY recommend James and the Full Time crew for any service they offer. In fact, I wouldn’t use anyone else, when I can just call Full-Time and get it done right the first time for the best possible price. They are knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and trustworthy. My House and next door neighbor s Hit by Lightning early Sunday Morning. Neighbor called Gull Time Electric, called Bryan he had Tim come over after he was finished with Neighbor. Tim was very nice, we spoke about Covington when we were young boys, he knew some Cousins. He knew his Trade, spotted the problem got us Air Back pretty quick. Everything 5 Star, will not hesitate to refer Full Time.
