AC unit quit working, thank goodness we are entering fall so it wasn’t unbearable. I called FTS Heating and Cooling and they returned my call quickly. They said they would have a technician out to look at the AC around noon or 1 o’clock. Andrew was the technician assigned and got done with his first call early and asked if would be alright to show up early and fix my AC. This happened once before and the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. Due to FTS keeping track of customer history and maintenance records it made troubleshooting and diagnosing quick and easy. My Technician was Andrew and I really appreciate his professionalism and authenticity. Sometimes the niceness seems forced and the service seems labored, but not with FTS Heating and Cooling, I have yet to have a bad experience with FTS Heating and Cooling of Webster County and I would strongly recommend them for any and all Heating and Cooling needs. If Andrew was my employee I would give him a raise, Great Work Andrew and thank you FTS Heating and Cooling!!!

Rachel was very professional and was a huge help. She got us scheduled that same day and it was a Saturday, so I wasn’t sure I could get an appointment. Trevor was our Tech and he was very professional, polite and explained everything he did . He resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I highly recommend FTS.
