Today Davin and Khalil installed my new water heater. They showed up on time and were professional from the moment they arrived. They were respectful of me and my home and the work they did was impeccable. Steve Fritz, the owner, is also very easy to work with, honest and highly responsive and customer focused. His prices are reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

Steve and his crew were consulted by our carpenter (and came highly recommended) after a happenstance finding of a failed water heater that ended up being emergent. He was so helpful immediately over the phone and offered to come that day. During his service, he was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and his pricing couldn’t be beat. He scheduled a second day to clean our boiler, diligent to note that he didn’t want to rush something so important, both the boiler and the water heater install. Before cleaning the boiler, he did research into the proper venting for the brand. The day before he was supposed to come, we started smelling exhaust and called Steve. Immediately, his wife connected Steve with us and he rearranged his entire schedule to come to us that day to ensure that we were safe and comfortable that day, never charging us an emergency fee. We are so grateful for Steve and his entire company and will definitely be using them again.

We’ve had Fritz Family Plumbing fix multiple issues at our house and they have been fantastic every time we’ve called them. Quick response times and they’re usually able to get someone out to us the same day if we have an emergency. They even called us back while on their family vacation when we had an issue.
