Freddys came to my house and replaced my water heater on 1/27/2026. I paid him $1542.00 in cash, in full before he finished the job, He left behind the old water heater full of water in my basement. I was told his pump was left in the truck overnight and was frozen. He said he'd come back and take care of it. I called him last week he said he would come back and finish the job but didn't show up. I tried to call again to get a resolution but found i am blocked! Is this how they do business?

Fast, thorough, and honorable! After being charged by another drain company that barely fixed our clog and then quoted $9K to reline our pipes, Freddy thoroughly cleaned out our sewage pipe and didn’t try to upsell - or scare me - into anything unnecessary. He was efficient with his efforts and we’ll definitely be calling him again whenever we need him!

Thank you thank you thank you to Freddie !!! I had an issue with my leaking tub faucet taking all my hot water throughout the night ! I had 2 plumbers come in and told me they would have to rip my tiles apart due to having cabinets on the other side of the faucet . And charging ridiculous prices. With Christmas here it was such a burden not knowing what to do . Freddie came and took 5 minutes, told me what was wrong . He went through the bottom of my cabinets. And let me tell you not much space there to work! He did it !!! And now I have my hot water again !!! Thank you so much ! Wish I can give more than 5 stars ! He saved me money big time !
