Foster installed a water heater and expansion tank for us today and they did a stellar job. James is amazing. Hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. His work is extremely well done, clean, and square (I’m super picky about that stuff. All the parts that are supposed to be vertical are perfectly vertical, 90 degree angles are exactly that. Everything is nice and precise and not “close enough” like seems to be the motto of tradesmen from other companies I’ve dealt with in the past). You can tell James takes a lot of pride in his work, it shows. AND he couldn’t be a nicer guy. Sean worked with him on the day of the actual install and he was great too. I’ll be using Foster Plumbing exclusively going forward, if you want it done right, I’d recommend you do the same. (Quick thought on the review about the Foster Van driving fast. I’m obviously against unsafe driving… that being said, and without knowing the circumstances, I can tell you that if I had a burst pipe and a failed main shutoff, or a sewer line that was backed up and flooding my basement or something, I’d want that van getting to me as quick as possible).

Called them for a quote for work in a restaurant. Technician came out, took notes, and left. We received the quote and scheduled the work. An hour before their scheduled arrival, they rescheduled. When they didn't arrive at the time they rescheduled, I reached out and was lectured over the phone for not emailing details from the quote, despite an employee being on-site taking notes. They never showed to the rescheduled appointment. They don't seem to respect their customers time or their own commitments. Edited to add: They took 3 months to repair a leaking bar faucet, and after "completing" the work, the faucet still leaks. DO NOT USE FOSTER
