Had a great experience with the Fluid team. Vince is extremely knowledgeable. He helped us with our bathroom remodels. We changed the configuration going from shower to tub and vice versa for the other bathroom. He was very detailed in his explanation of what he was going to be doing which was much appreciated. Also very tidy. I also used their services for a water heater replacement. They were able to help me out in a pinch when our water heater went out on a Friday evening. Ron was able to come to my home the following day on a Saturday afternoon and provide a diagnosis and a solution. Unfortunately my water heater was at the end of its life so a replacement was needed. I needed a replacement quick so he was able to go to the local big box store and get us a replacement and have it installed promptly. Within an hour of returning the new water heater was installed and prepped to go. This family was able to enjoy a nice warm shower thanks to Ron and the Fluid team.

My commercial water heater broke at my On-Premise-Laundry facility and I reached out to them because I knew their facility was close by and had seen their van around. I heat water constantly and it is an important part of cleaning laundry. Ronald came out in a couple of hours to inspect my water heater and give me options repairing or replacing it and what might have led me to this point. I appreciated that he wasn't trying to sway me in either direction and was sharing his knowledge about how to evaluate the decision. I decided to replace it and add a thermal expansion tank. Also got a utility sink quoted and setup for install. We schedule for the replacement when I could stop operations for a few hours for Vince and Lalo to complete the install. They arrived a few minutes early to get the old water heater draining so when the new one was delivered it could wheel from the truck right into place. Vince worked through the project diligently, was clean in his workspace and left my shop looking good. Took all the trash away and ensured we I was back to washing as fast as possible. This vendor was excellent to work with. From the initial conversation through delivery, they were organized, responsive, and transparent. I thought the value for the service was good. They handled everything professionally and followed through on every commitment.
