Had a very good experience with Flip the Switch Electrical. I called about replacing some old fluorescent lights in a basement drop ceiling and wanted to replace them with more sleek, energy efficient LED disks and to replace an outside flood light that had gone bad. Essac answered my initial call first try and listened to what I wanted him to take a look at. He Agreed it was very likely a job he could do. Agreed to come out the next day to take a look. He was on time and we talked about the job and a couple other things that would be involved. (No surprises) then he was very communicative about scheduling. I myself even had to reschedule once because the house got sick with the flu and he was understanding about that. Showed up with a partner on the day of the job on time. Took a few hours to complete everything and he was giving me updates and showing me a couple things throughout the process. The end result was exactly how I envisioned and everything works great. Great experience start to finish and will contact them again with any electrical jobs in the future. Finally, I found the pricing to be very fair.

Day 1 of moving into a condo in 1 degree weather and the power went off late into the night. There was only partial power with the heat completely off. I called in the middle of night hoping for someone and Essac called me back early in the morning and got everything resolved in under two hours (the main breaker outside was shot and he was able to replace it). He also took photos of proof that it needed to be replaced and HOA has refunded me. Thank you so much for coming out and making the process easy and stress free!
