Zach and Jessie and the Five Star Electric team did a great job for us. We just bought an older home in Twin Falls and had several updates that needed done. In less than a week of calling Zach, he and his team had replaced/updated an old fuse box to a new breaker box system, updated all of the outlets to GFIs, ran wiring for a ceiling fan/light, got power to the existing ceiling fan/light in the bedroom, ran wiring and installed all new smoke and carbon monoxide units, relocated a couple of switches, wiring for the dishwasher, and dryer outlet. Zach and his team came over and had it all done within a couple of days once they started. Total process from the first call to the last took less than a week. He had a bid back to us in less than 24 hours and their pricing was very reasonable. We had one issue with the billing but when I called to ask about it, Zach looked into it up right away and made the adjustments within the hour. Letting us pay via Venmo was also very convenient. Zach is busy and in the beginning, our communications was a little disjointed but became much better after a couple of calls. Let’s just say that if you call or text him, you better be ready to move on your project right away because they are. Overall, the 5* team gets 5*s from me!
