Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning

I called Fire and Ice because my 40yo furnace died during this Ohio winter storm. Temps were dropping below 0 and it was getting late. I began to panic but Michael the technician stepped up to find me a new furnace that night and Kai stayed up till midnight getting it installed. I am grateful for the care and professionalism that the Fire and Ice team provided. They came through for me in a tough spot and I would highly recommend them any day in return.

Anthony is an outstanding service technician. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. He pays attention to detail, and relies on proven troubleshooting techniques to diagnose situations rather than jumping to conclusions. He’s efficient and orderly, and always leaves the worksite at least as tidy as it was upon his arrival. Anthony is very pleasant, and is a pleasure to discuss findings and recommendations with. He is also very trustworthy, and always does his job with professionalism and a positive attitude. He has my highest recommendation.

Tim was great! He was friendly and courteous and very thorough when it came to checking out the issue. He didn’t sugarcoat anything and when discussing a replacement unit, he was very upfront and truthful. He didn’t try to hurry us in making a decision until we were comfortable with what we were buying. I highly recommend calling Fire and Ice and if everyone is like Tim, you are in great hands!!!! The current crew that is here installing has been great as well! Eric and his crew today worked so hard to get us up and running with a whole new system! They made sure to walk me through the system after it was installed and made sure I had all my questions answered before the left. They made sure they picked up after themselves as well! I appreciate the entire crew at Fire and Ice!!! Thanks for the quick service call and quick turnaround on installation! I can’t say enough!!!
