We called for three separate plumbing issues in our aging home recently and received an appointment date that was quicker than Iām used to with the trades. Jonah arrived when he said he would and presented as a polite, friendly man whose obvious wealth of knowledge and experience did not comport with his relatively young age. Jonah accurately diagnosed the issues and what was impressive to me was how he thoroughly explained them to us as well as his proposed solutions. He returned on the following business day with the parts as he had stated, and accomplished all the repairs/upgrades as promised. He painstakingly tested his work before leaving. We have other upgrades and repairs looming for the spring and be assured I will call Ferris and to be candid, ask for Jonah to do the work again.
