Fast Water Heater Company

Mike Sweeting and his crew from Fast Water did an exceptional job installing our tankless water heater. The price was fair and they finished the work in a timely manner. Mike made sure I was aware of the significant rebates that are offered. I wouldn’t hesitate calling Fast Water for any future needs.

Two installers from Fast Home Services (FHS) backed by Home Depot installed Rheem 50 gallon water heater natural gas in my garage . They seemed install professionally but when completed the installer rushed me to sign all the paperwork’s without giving me a chance to read what I signed, he said all these paperwork’s will be emailed to me. I asked to check to make sure I have hot water but he insisted his boss just called him to go to the next job. I said I need to talk with his boss right now I’m not satisfied with the service. Just about the hot water came out in my faucet, the hot water pipe burst out and hot water flooded my garage, luckily the 2 installers still there so they re-soldered the leaked hot water pipe and helped me clean up flooded garage. FHS charged me $4,800 for the whole service including $1,000 for the circulation pump supposed to have the timer but the installer says he only install the circulation pump without the timer. FHS say the circulation pump is to get hot water to the farthest point (2nd story) faster in less than 1 minute; I timed it the next day at 8am & 6:30pm, it took ~10 (yes ten) minutes to get hot water, the circulation running all the time very noisy inside the house and I can’t sleep. I called the FHS and they told me I can turn it off so not noisy anymore. I will ask for the money back on the circulation pump. I looked at the paperwork via email that the installer rushed me to sign such as waiver my right to cancel which I would never sign if I got chance to read it. In conclusion I feel I was cheated, when I signed the proposal the technician at the office advised it will take 6 to 8 hours to complete this job but after only 4 hours the installers rushed me he needed to leave. I paid $4,800 for Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater which is high price but substandard service. Very unhappy customer.

Very pleased. The technician, Dustin, arrived as promised, explained the work he would be doing, and completed tasks as explained. Very courteous. Would also like to compliment Kyle who was beyond exceptional in setting up the appointment. He asked all the right questions to understand the problem, clearly offered the options to resolve the issue, and made arrangements for tech appointment in a friendly and professional manner. Happy with entire experience with this company!!
