Amazing service from Mike, Ellen and the team! My AC was struggling during the heatwave earlier this summer and Mike’s team identified the cause quickly and were able to install a whole new AC system in one day and at a very good price. Ellen even helped register my new system with the manufacturer so I’d be covered under warranty if anything happens in the next ten years. I cannot recommend them enough, truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you Mike and Ellen for all your help!

Trumbull CT resident here, we recently lost our heating boiler which needed to be replaced (repair not possible). This was an urgent/emergency need as it happened just before a subfreezing cold spell was going to hit. I contacted Fairfield County Heating & Cooling (Mike Carafotes, owner) and they were able to get a technician to look at the unit that same day. The unit was beyond effective repair, so I had to replace it, and needed it done as soon as possible. Mike had a technician come in to do the removal of old / installation of new unit the very next day. The entire team I interacted with, from Mike the owner to Ellen the office administrator, to his technicians who came out to the house, did the work, cleaned up after themselves, etc., were all friendly, courteous, professional, very helpful with any questions we had - in short, they were great. I am grateful for their super-prompt response and fix; they have won another customer with me and I cannot recommend them highly enough for any boiler/heating/cooling work you may need done in your home. I am very pleased with the service. I had central air installed upstairs and the split units downstairs. Mike and Ellen both were very responsive and very informative.Mike made sur I understood the systems.
