The waiting time on this place is insane. Today like 20 people making line. We have to wait for the guys to eat their chips, be on their phones or just making stupid jokes in the back. So the guy on the right always fighting with the printer, cmon fwebb we need better service since we in the city on emergency calls. Today I waited for 55 minutes.

Went in and they brought me the parts I needed quickly. I should note, I checked other well known places in the city and had time wasted trying to do a work around because they didn’t have the parts. This is now my Goto place for any plumbing needs!

These people are very nice and got my p trap and processed my payment in literally 5 minutes flat and even gave me a steep discount. I don't understand the negative reviews, I will be coming here for all my plumbing needs because finding a good plumbing store like this is hard in Manhattan, I've tried other spots.
