On 3.2.2026 I used ChatGPT to find me an auto repair shop, with high ratings, 10 mi of my home. I reached out to the top three asking for quotes and after obtaining them Everything Automotive won out. Although their was in the middle of the three, they gave a waaaay better warranty. I spoke with Michael. He assisted me with obtaining more information and scheduling my appt. He was very patient and helpful. I had a great experience at Everything Automotive. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made the visit much easier. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car. I initially thought my alternator needed to be replaced, but after diagnosing the issue they found the actual problem and it ended up costing much less—only $177. I really appreciated their honesty and not replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Tony, the owner, personally drove my car to make sure the stalling issue was fully resolved before returning it to me, and he even thanked me for my business. That level of care and integrity goes a long way. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional auto repair shop, I definitely recommend Everything Automotive.

Communication was clear, timelines were accurate, and the entire process felt smooth from start to finish. It’s obvious he takes pride in making sure customers are taken care of. ​I cannot recommend this shop enough! I took my mom’s car in yesterday and had the best experience. The owner, Tony, is a truly wonderful man. He is incredibly kind and you can tell immediately that he actually cares about his customers and their safety, not just the bottom line. ​It is rare to find a shop that is this honest—Tony charges a very fair price and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. His employees clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with the same respect Tony does. ​If you are in Jacksonville, or even just passing through and find yourself in need of a mechanic, go see Tony. It’s hard to find a business with this much integrity these days!
