I went in on a Friday afternoon after looking for an odd and unique buss bar for a vacuum pump that we were exchanging to have rebuilt. I had been to three other electrical supply shops and none of them had or thought they could get that part or something close to make work. So I didn't have high hopes when arriving. It looked like I interrupted lunch (Sorry guys) when I walked in, but the owner jumped right up to greet me and help me out (I didn't realize that he was the owner at that time). I showed them some pictures of what I was working with and asked if they had that buss bar or could get one, or something that I could use. He went off on one of the most in-depth, time consuming, all-encompassing SAR missions I think they might have had. about 30 minutes in, I thought they forgot about me, and I decided to leave. The son came out as I was getting into my truck, and asked if I was still interested in finding that buss bar. I felt stupid and told him that I thought they forgot about me, then he explained that his dad had been searching pretty much every nook and cranny of the warehouse in search of it or one that might work. So fast forward another 15-20 minutes and he emerged from the underworld of the VAST warehouse (no kidding, it's pretty impressive) and he had a buss bar that was similar and asked if it might work. I would have to modify it slightly, but it worked like a champ!! It was supposed to be temporary, but it worked so well, that it is the permanent component in that vacuum pump motor. So, short story long, give them a try FIRST! They are an awesome company and they really do go to great lengths to help their customers. Just had a negative encounter with Cole while trying to conduct business The incident left me quite taken aback. I encountered a Cole who was incredibly rude right from the start, and it got me thinking about the challenges they might face in their life. From the moment our interaction began, it was evident he was a person who had a knack for being impolite and disrespectful. It made me wonder if they carry this demeanor with them throughout their daily life, encountering numerous hardships as a result. It must be incredibly difficult for them to navigate through the world with such a negative attitude. Considering the way he treated me and probably treats others, it became apparent that everything he encounters must be a struggle. His rudeness likely alienates them from forming meaningful connections and hinders their ability to build positive relationships. It's disheartening to think about the potential missed opportunities and the loneliness they may experience as a result…. But I could be wrong I’m only 23 trying to understand why a grown man needs to assert himself this way. Life can be challenging for all of us at times, but it seems that this individual has chosen a path of constant confrontation and negativity. It's unfortunate that he may not realize the impact of that his behavior has on themselves and those around them. Perhaps he has faced his own share of hardships, leading him to adopt this defensive and abrasive approach. While it's easy to feel frustrated or upset by such encounters, I believe it's important to approach them with empathy. We never truly know what someone else is going through, and it's possible that this person's life is filled with difficulties that we cannot comprehend. By extending understanding and compassion, we can only hope to break the cycle of negativity and foster a more harmonious environment especially in a business setting. believe that this employee's lack of investment in the company is evident in their behavior. It is clear that they do not share the same passion and dedication as those who have invested their time, effort, and money into establishing and growing Thank you for allowing me to share this experience with you.
