We wanted to update our lighting in our living room and kitchen so we called and scheduled a consult. During the conversation we found out they also did work on HVAC. We planned the lights and fan for the rooms and set up for their HVAC guy to come out because we were having issues with getting heat in our back rooms. We had been told by a different company we needed to fix our crawl space before they could fix our ducts and were quoted almost $20K. Matt came out and was extremely honest and helpful. He fixed the problem so now our back bedrooms have heat! He showed us pictures of under the house and told us our crawl space was perfectly fine. Saved us over $15K!! Then Jesse and Liam came and installed our lights and ceiling fan. Our living room feels like it doubled in size. Everyone we worked with from scheduling to installation was extremely helpful, nice and professional. After every day and every job they cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to use Emerge!
Pretty good experience. The one deficiency for me was that they didn't inform me that a county inspector would need to come out so that was a surprise. I spoke to the company and they agreed their folks should have let me know. Otherwise, impeccable service.
One of the best experiences of service. Appt was set up in lass then 24 hr. I was informed of who would be doing service. Jonathan called when he was on his way and was at my door by 10. He came in, introduced himself and listened to problems I ran into trying to do DIY- I felt heard the whole time and then he went to work reassuring he'd find the problem and fix it and he did. He gave me a very clear assessment what he found with the inspection , answered all my questions and gave me options going forward if that's what I choose. No pressure. Jonathan was professional and honestly. His service and office response speaks so well for the company . I would hire them again without hesitation. Regarding pricing- yes, service with plumbers and electricians are steep and theirs is in the ballpark.
