Emerald Electric did a great job from start to finish. From our initial consultation, we felt extremely confident with using their services. Tim came out with another man (forgive me, I forget his name), and it was clear they were both extremely experienced electricians. They clearly explained what needed to be done. When they reached out, they gave us a great deal, beating a previous quote by $1000. Even after receiving another quote for $750 less, we still chose Emerald as we were way more confident with their expertise and quality of service. Knowing we were short still, they gave us time to gather the funds, agreeing to schedule the work before even getting a deposit. When it came to the actual work, Tim and his crew completely transformed our unsafe and old wiring and breaker boxes, moved our electric meters outside, and added emergency shut-offs. It puts our minds at ease knowing people will be safe when visiting our space.They even went above and beyond, giving us two new outlets on their own breakers and making sure our exit sign lit up. When we realized that evening we had a power surge issue with the outlets on our property, Tim came out and fixed it early afternoon the following day. We haven't had any issues since and are extremely satisfied with the services received. I contacted Tim for a quote which he replied immediately and then scheduled the install of my walk in refrigerator. They were here as promised and went above and beyond what I expected. Great company that I highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again for some more Electrical work i have.

We recently used emerald. They upgraded our breaker box, ran power out to our back yard for our pool. The also put a box in our garage etc.... we are soooo happy with the work they did. Not only were the professional the were always friendly and easy to work with. It was always easy to get in touch with them and they were fast and efficient. It's hard to find honest and trust worthy companies anymore and they were definitely that and more! I would especially like to thank Tim and Tom for the wonderful work they did at my house everything looks so good. I would highly recommend this company.
